10Zone is committed to providing high-quality digital products and services. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for refunds.

2. Digital Product Refunds

  • Mobile App Subscriptions:
    • For monthly subscriptions, refunds may be issued within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service is demonstrably defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.
    • For annual subscriptions, refunds may be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase under the same conditions.
    • No refunds will be granted for lack of user understanding of the application's functions.
  • E-commerce Platform Extensions (Shopify/TikTok Shop):
    • Refunds may be issued within 14 days of the purchase if the extension is demonstrably defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.
    • Refunds will not be given for incompatibility with other apps, or themes, unless that incompatibility is a previously unknown and unreported bug in our extension.
  • General Digital Products:
    • Refunds are generally not provided for digital products due to their nature. However, exceptions may be made in cases of demonstrable defects that we are unable to resolve.
    • Refunds are not granted for user error.

  • Any product that has been modified by the user.
