1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 10Zone! By accessing or using our digital products and services (including mobile app subscriptions, Shopify/TikTok Shop extensions, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.  

2. Description of Services

10Zone provides digital products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile application subscriptions offering premium features in Google Play and Apple Store.
  • Extensions for e-commerce platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop, designed to enhancing the customers' e-commerce channels (website, Tik Tok profile,...).
  • Other digital products and services as offered on our website or platforms.

3. User Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.  
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.  

4. License and Usage

  • Upon purchase or subscription, 10Zone grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the purchased digital products.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our digital products without explicit written permission from 10Zone.
  • You agree to use our services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The License is for one user per purchase, unless stated otherwise.

5. Payment and Subscription

  • Payment for subscriptions and digital products is processed through PayPal and Paddle gateway.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, annually).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Prices are subject to change, but we will provide reasonable notice before any changes take effect.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights in our digital products and services are owned by 10Zone or its licensors.
  • You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 10Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.  
  • 10Zone will do its best to ensure proper function of its products, but does not guarentee error free operation.
  • Maximum liability will be the original purchase price of the digital product.

8. Termination

  • 10Zone reserves the right to terminate your access to our services for any violation of these Terms.
  • You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes.
  • Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
